Shipping & Returns

As usual, your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days after we receive your payment to confirm your shipping address. All packages must attend
Upon receipt of payment, a tracking number will be provided via e-mail.

Orders (within 12-24 hours)

After placing orders, please check your email here to get order confirmation! The order confirmation email will be sent to you. This will take 7-9 business days to arrive at your door. In addition, we will need two days, order processing and delivery. Within 24-48 hours, we will send you a packet number, when you get your order.

Order Cancellation (within 6-8 hours)

To cancel the order must be requested before the order has been shipped. Since we deal with as quickly as possible within 6-8 hours after the order of all orders placed, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. I hope you can understand this key point. After the order has been dispatched will be treated as a cancellation request, in accordance with the return policy. Return (within 30 days of receipt of package)

We only accept return the following three reasons.
1. Wrong size
2. Items shipped wrong
3. Defective item

Receive the wrong item or defective item, notify us within 1-2 days of receipt of goods, to qualify for a refund or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, it will not authorize your return or exchange.

All returns must be authorized

To obtain a return authorization, you must contact customer service to obtain a return authorization information. All items must be returned new, no wear, and washed condition.All original tags must still be attached. If you return items without authorization, we will refuse to accept or not refundable.
Physical damage caused by users of the product do not apply to this policy.
